One year of research, one week an two days of filming, 16 hours of footage and endless nights of editing helped to produce “The perfect Girl”, an innovative film by director, writer and producer Wayne G Saunders BSc(Hons) co - written with Delroy Dixon. Their creativity and inspiration to write the story came together the
same night after the screening of “The Gathering”.
SYNOPSIS
“The Perfect Girl”follows south Londoners, Theo (Charles Shobanjo) who has never had a girlfriend, loves computers and wants to be like his good friend daryl (Wayne G Saunders). Theo is on a desperate search for true love, Jade (Zendiq Ellis) whodefinetly is no hussey. Jade works as a software developer and always attracts the wrong type of male company. The film is brimming with other skillfu actors such as former 3 + 1 performers Nolan, Carl, Darwood.
Launched at Channel 4 and premiered at Odean Leicester Square and screened at the BBC reel to reel. European primiere in Holland and showcased at British Film Institute.
